We currently have an amazing opportunity to join the team as Cluster Reservations & Events Manager for Bermondsey Square Hotel and La Suite West Hotel. The ideal person will have at least a year’s experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. Operations Manager – POSITION FILLED
We are searching for a pro-active thinker with excellent customer service, communication skills, attention to detail and flexibility who is passionate about hospitality and will actively maintain the best interests of our building, guests and staff. Our Operations Manager will ensure all employees consistently achieve exceptional product and hospitality service standards. Achieving a high degree of guest care is paramount, whilst consistently aiming by set criteria to meet Financial and Business objectives. They will be expected to monitor and comply with all company and legal statutory requirements as well as ensuring the Company Health and Safety, Food Safety and COSHH legislations are adhered to. The successful candidate will act on behalf of the General Manager in their absence and carryout quality training and coaching. The b2 Crew are key to the success and reputation of the hotel.

Night Manager Front of House – POSITION FILLED
Our Night Manager will take responsibility for the night shift team, front office and duty management of our boutique hotel. Precision is required for auditing duties such as end of day reports, banking and statistics. You will maintain hotel safety and security as well as delivering high levels of customer care and hotel cleanliness. Full training will be given to have excellent knowledge of front and back of house operations to provide an informed service to our guests. You will develop a close working relationship with all other departments. The position is 4 days working week with 3 days off. We may occasionally ask you to work 5 days. This role has great opportunities for career progression. As a key member of the b2 Crew it is essential that all guests receive a warm, memorable and personalised welcome to the hotel, that their needs are anticipated and any request actioned.

Guest Services Manager – POSITION FILLED
Our Guest Services Manager will take responsibility for Duty Manager shifts and help with front office operations coordinating and supervising operational activities across all departments to provide exceptional service. You will have experience within a quality hotel environment and reception. Knowledge of Microsoft packages is required. Experience of Opera Booking Systems is desirable. We are searching for a pro-active thinker with who is smart, presentable, polite and friendly they must have excellent customer service, communication skills, attention to detail and flexibility as well as being calm under pressure with the ability to multi-task. Being courteous yet confidently driven is part of your nature. If you can offer our guests the perfect welcoming experience by delivering exceptional and an informed service then we would be delighted to hear from you. Food and Beverage Assistant
An exceptional opportunity exists for an experienced and charismatic Waiter / Waitress to work at b2 At Home our restaurant. We refer to b2 At Home as ‘your space our place’ 7 days a week. Housekeeping Room Attendant
You’ll join a busy team, responsible for delivering an exceptional guest service when carrying out cleaning tasks within guest bedrooms, guest areas and back of hotel facilities. Effective time management is required to turn around guest rooms and areas in line with check out/check in deadlines, whilst maintaining the highest standards of hygiene. We are looking for someone who can easily converse with our guests. Being friendly and courteous is part of your nature, along with having the drive to manage your time well. Our desired candidate is meticulous with a fine eye for detail and takes pride in their high standard of work. You will be trustworthy, well presented and professional at all times when interacting with guests and colleagues. Previous experience would be advantageous, however full training will be given.
Linen & Kitchen Porter
The Linen Porter is a vital member of our Housekeeping team, responsible for ensuring the linen in the hotel is removed, cleaned, and stored accurately and neatly. The Linen Porter assists the Housekeeping Room Attendants with the removal of linen from the guest floors and processes accordingly along with uniforms for colleagues. Our Kitchen Porter supports the Back of House, Kitchen and Restaurant Teams, ensuring that all equipment and crockery is thoroughly cleaned and ready for use. Through cleaning Kitchen and Back of House areas you will ensure that the highest standards of hygiene are maintained. The ideal candidate for this position will enjoy working within a friendly and productive team and will have excellent communication skills with a good command of the English language, both written and spoken, attention to detail and ability to work in a high paced environment. Working hours 7.30am to 4.00pm 5 days a week.
