What is your standard check-in time?

Our standard check-in time is from 15:00. Our guests are more than welcome to arrive at our hotel before the check-in time. In case we do not have a room available when you arrive we will be very happy to safely store your luggage.

What is your normal check-out time? Can this be extended?

Check-out time is 11:00. Late check-out might be available depending on availability and additional charges. Please ask for more information on your check-in

I do not have a credit card – can I still make a hotel booking?

Unfortunately, online hotel bookings cannot be made unless a valid credit card can be provided to secure your reservation.

What types of credit card do you accept as payment?

We accept the following cards for payment and booking: Visa, MasterCard and American Express

What is your cancellation policy?

24 Hour cancellation policy: cancellations or amendments can be made free of charge until 6pm on the day prior to arrival. In case of a late cancellation or no show a one night penalty will be charged. Changes made after check in might also incur an additional one night charge.

1 week cancellation policy: cancellations or amendments can be made free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. In case of a late cancellation or no show a one night penalty will be charged. Changes made after check in might also incur an additional one night charge.

Non Refundable: This reservation requires a prepayment. Cancellations or amendments are not permitted for this booking. The credit card used for the prepayment must be presented by the guest upon check in.


Are pets allowed in your Hotel?

Four legged friends are very welcome at The Bermondsey Square Hotel and we strive to make their stay as memorable at their owners! b2 is proud to be a pet friendly hotel in London and we'll always make every effort to ensure your pooch is pampered! For £20 per night per pet we provide bowls, beds, treats.

Can I smoke in my bedroom or around the hotel?

We operate a non-smoking policy throughout the hotel. 


Can you put a cot or an extra bed in my room for my children?

Yes, cots are available free of charge for infants aged 2 years and under. Cots are not allowed in the seventh floor suites.
We also offer extra beds in certain rooms for £20 per night. Please ask which rooms are suitable prior to booking.

Do you have babysitting or crèche facilities?

Unfortunately we do not offer babysitting or crèche facilities in the hotel. Guests can however be referred to a 3rd party babysitting agency, subject to sufficient notice.


Do you charge for Wi-Fi and internet use?

We are pleased to offer free Wi-Fi in all bedrooms and public areas within the hotel.

Can I use the hotel for business meetings?

Yes we have a state of the art meeting room on the first floor that can accommodate up to 20 people in a fixed boardroom layout. If you’re looking for informal space our ground floor lounge offers a relaxed environment for interviews and smaller meetings. We also have four beautifully appointed suites with rooftop terraces and views of London’s sky-line from Canary Wharf to the London Eye and Houses of Parliament. These unique rooms make gorgeous settings for interviews, filming, small and intimate gatherings for up to 12 guests.


Do you have an in-house restaurant?

Yes we have a casual lounge on the ground floor and b2 At Home restaurant that serves breakfast and an All-day Dining Menu.

Do you have a bar in-house?

b2 At Home does not serve alcohol. We do serve a selection of non-alcoholic beverages and mocktails. However you are more than welcome to consume alcohol in your bedroom and use the room fridges provided. Sainsbury’s local is just at the other side of Bermondsey Square as well as Del Aziz who offer an extensive drinks menu.

What time do your restaurants close?

Our restaurant/lounge b2 At Home opens between 7.00am to 6.00pm and closes on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 6.00pm. For specific breakfast, All Day Dinning and Afternoon Tea opening hours please visit b2 At Home and note  last orders are 15 minutes before the restaurant closes.

Our nearest Underground and over ground station is London Bridge (Jubilee and Northern lines) which is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
